Attorney Michael J. Schroeder focuses his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, probate and estate administration, wills, trusts, guardianships, adoptions, and small business formation.
Michael obtained his B.A. in Linguistics from the University at Buffalo and his Juris Doctor from University at Buffalo School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York in 2017.
Michael is a former NYSBA Trusts and Estates Law Fellow and spent a year interning at the Erie County Surrogate’s Court under former Surrogate Judge Barbara Howe.
Michael was formerly a partner at The Pace Law Firm. Following the appointment of Edward A. Pace to the New York State Supreme Court in June 2022, Michael assumed ownership of the firm and now operates it as The Schroeder Law Firm. The firm operates out of the same office–4513 South Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY 14127–and is committed to providing the same level of service that clients have come to expect.
